Description
Garnet in color. A perfumed nose of fresh plum, cranberry, bing cherry, violets, vanilla, and sweet earth. A raspberry attack leads to a layered mouth of pomegranate, red currant, anise and sweet earth. Firm but elegant tannins give way to a long pomegranate and cherry finish.
Fermented in stainless steel thermo-regulated tanks. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. Clones: 667, 777, Swan, 828 Production: 600 9L cases
