These grapes come from both Tierra Sandy Loam and Salinas Clay Loam - low to moderate vigor soils that produce vines with balanced canopy and fruit growth. Capable of producing very high-quality wines that can be enjoyed young. The Estate Chardonnay entices with an exotic fruit profile up front, white guava, papaya, and mango. On the palate, tangy and zesty orange with vanilla egg custard.
