Description
The individual lots were fermented separately and aged in a combination of 15% new French oak with the balance being one year old French and neutral barrels for 13 months before blending and bottling.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, fragrant aromas of cranberry and red currant are backed by earthy undertones. At first sip, flavors of raspberry, strawberry and pomegranate emerge with hints of mocha and baking spices. A well-integrated acidity is balanced by soft tannins leading to a rich, lingering finish.
