Here at Honig Vineyard and Winery, we pride ourselves on our amazing wines and our sustainability practices.

Michael Honig took over management of the vineyard and winery. Production grew and in 1989, changed from exclusively Sauvignon blanc to include Cabernet Sauvignon.

With winemaker Kristin Belair, the Honig family sculpts wines of uncommon complexity, manifesting the spirit of their unconventional grandfather in every glass.

Today, Honig has become the benchmark of good California Sauvignon blanc and is included on the wine lists of most fine restaurants worldwide.
