Founded in 2011, brick & mortar focuses on single vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both in still and sparkling wines, from high elevation sites in Napa Valley and Mendocino Ridge AVA. In addition to single vineyard selections, we also produce unique and compelling blends of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, plus Syrah. We strive for old world style, balanced wines that are bright and structured with low alcohol and distinct site characteristics. All wines are fermented natively, with minimal to no intervention, and oak is used judiciously in order to emphasize power, restraint and finesse.
